FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has partnered with Charlotte Temperature Controls, a commercial HVAC services company based in Charlotte, NC.

For over 35 years, CTC has provided HVAC services to commercial customers across the Charlotte metro area. Founded by Andy Starnes in 1988, CTC is family-operated under the leadership of Catherine Aldridge, who will continue to oversee day-to-day operations. CTC’s HVAC services offering will complement FirstCall’s existing HVAC services in the region through STR Mechanical.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has partnered with Select Environmental Systems, a commercial HVAC services company based in Long Island, NY.

For over 50 years, Select has provided HVAC services to commercial customers across the Long Island market. Jeff Karp will continue to oversee day-to-day operations. Select’s HVAC services offering will complement FirstCall’s existing chiller/HVAC services in the region through ICACS.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has partnered with Kenyon & Partners, a commercial and industrial HVAC services company, and KPI Engineering, a commercial engineering services company, based in Tampa, FL.

For nearly 25 years, Kenyon has provided HVAC services to education, industrial, and commercial customers across the Tampa market. Dean Kenyon will continue to oversee day-to-day operations. Kenyon’s HVAC services offering will complement FirstCall’s existing HVAC services in the region through Mecon.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has partnered with Langford’s Mechanical Services (“LMS”), a commercial HVAC services company based in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

LMS provides commercial HVAC service to commercial and industrial facilities across the Southern Charlotte-metro area.

Corrie has over 30 years of operating leadership in the commercial and industrial services industry.

Before joining FirstCall, Corrie served as the President of the Commercial and Industrial Division of CoolSys, a national provider of refrigeration, HVAC, and engineering solutions. Prior to CoolSys, Corrie held multiple leadership roles at Johnson Controls across a successful 28-year tenure. Corrie is a people-driven leader who works closely with our regional and central teams to drive the best outcomes for our customers and employees.

Corrie is based in Milwaukee, WI.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has partnered with Comfortrol, a commercial and industrial HVAC services company based in Columbus, OH.

For nearly 60 years, Comfortrol has provided HVAC services to industrial, distribution center, and commercial customers across the Columbus market. Mike Balistreri will continue to oversee day-to-day operations. Comfortrol’s HVAC services offering will complement FirstCall’s existing HVAC and plumbing services in the region through Capital City Mechanical.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has partnered with Industrial Cooling Applied Chiller Services (ICACS), a services company focused on large tonnage chiller services.

ICACS specializes in large tonnage chiller service and controls for commercial office towers, industrial facilities, public utilities, hospital systems, and universities. Founded by Vito Costanza, ICACS and its long-tenured employees are some of the most respected service providers in the country for this specialty. Vito Costanza, President, and Dominic DiDonna, Vice President, will continue to oversee day-to-day operations and the growth of ICACS into the future.

Capital City was founded in 2001 and provides HVAC and plumbing services to education, government, and commercial customers across the Columbus metro area. Andy Morbitzer, founder of Capital City, will continue to lead its operations.

Valor was founded in 2019 and provides HVAC services to education and commercial customers across the Austin metro area. Steven Guerrero, owner of Valor, will continue to oversee operations in Austin in partnership with FirstCall’s established Texas operations in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Founded in 1947, Starr has a 75+ year history of providing electrical services to commercial and education customers in middle Georgia. Starr’s electrical services will complement FirstCall’s existing HVAC services in the region through Conditioned Air.

C2H was founded in 2013 and provides HVAC services and installations to commercial customers across the Atlanta metro area. Matthew Hunt, co-owner and President of C2H, will continue to oversee operations in Atlanta in partnership with his co-owners Matt Dorough and Charles Colston. Tim is an experienced leader in the commercial HVAC and building services industry. Tim previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of ServiceLogic, the largest privately held HVAC and mechanical company in the United States. During his 15 year tenure at ServiceLogic and its subsidiaries, Tim helped scale ServiceLogic nationally and led its acquisitions and integrations program. Prior to ServiceLogic, Tim held management roles for the building systems division of Siemens Technologies.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has partnered with Mecon, Inc., a commercial HVAC services company based in Clearwater, Florida.

Mecon was founded in 1974 and provides commercial building services to commercial and industrial customers across Central Florida. Brian Flynn, co-owner and general manager of Mecon, will continue to lead services in the region going forward.

Kay has over 35 years of experience in human resources, spanning key HR disciplines at all stages of an organization’s growth. Prior to joining FirstCall, Kay served as Interim Chief People Officer of Austin based technology consulting firm, Headspring, until its acquisition by Accenture. Previously, Kay was on the founding executive team of Silvercar, Inc, a fast growing rental car company acquired by Audi in 2017.

Kay is based in Austin, TX.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has acquired Starnes Heating and Cooling, a commercial HVAC services company based in Lebanon, Virginia.

Starnes was founded in 1975 and provides HVAC service and project support to healthcare facilities, school systems, and universities across Western Virginia and Eastern Tennessee. Starnes will be supported by the STR Mechanical team led by our Regional Vice President Chris Landreth.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has acquired R&W, Inc, a commercial HVAC services company based in Asheville, North Carolina.

R&W was founded in 1958 and provides HVAC service and project support to commercial and industrial facilities across Western North Carolina. R&W will be supported by the STR Mechanical team led by our Regional Vice President Chris Landreth.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has acquired Conditioned Air, a commercial HVAC services company based in Macon, Georgia.

Conditioned Air was founded in 1938 and provides HVAC service and project support to universities, school systems, and commercial customers across Middle Georgia. Albert McKay, Jr, the family owner of Conditioned Air, will be transitioning to retirement and will be formally succeeded by Wes Herndon, a tenured operational leader at Conditioned Air.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has announced the expansion of its operations in Dallas-Fort Worth. FirstCall has hired Chad Lacy as Director of Operation for North Texas. Chad Lacy joins FirstCall from Texas AirSystems, where he was the Service Operations Manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

FirstCall Mechanical Group (“FirstCall”), a leading commercial services company, has acquired Advance Heating and Air (“Advance”) in Greenville, South Carolina. The Advance team will now operate as STR Mechanical in Greenville, South Carolina.

TimCo was founded in 1998 and provides specialized HVAC services for logistics facilities across the state. TimCo has long-term relationships with the leading commercial management companies and excels in planned maintenance for distribution centers.

Brian has over 25 years of corporate finance experience, including over 10 years as CFO of private equity portfolio companies. Brian has extensive experience in high growth companies across numerous industries, leading back-office operations through periods of rapid expansion and transformation. Before joining FirstCall, Brian served as CFO of United PF Management, a leading Planet Fitness franchisee group. Prior to that, Brian served as CFO of Kendra Scott Design, a high-growth consumer-retail company.

Ashish is an experienced leader and founder in the services industry. Ashish founded NearU, a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical home services, in 2018. Under Ashish’s leadership as CEO, NearU scaled to a platform with 24 market leading brands across the country. Over the course of this growth, NearU maintained its focus on advancing skilled trades and fostering a people-centric culture. Today, Ashish serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of NearU.
